I recently noticed Visual Nexus is only MCU which supports HD at 384kbps.

Visual Nexus is known as a web conference, but it is H.323 MCU and the endpoint. It is all made in software. It is pahaps the only software MCU usable in the market.
It is pitty that Visual Nexus is not known well whilst it is very competitive MCU against Codian, Polycom and Radvision.
